RSC Head Chef, Bremner MacDonald


Bremner joined the club as Head Chef in 2013.

Born and educated in Brora, following High School he left Sutherland for the Army Apprentice College in Aldershot, where he passed out as Junior Sergeant and top student.

Bremner then signed up with the Queens Own Highlanders, and served with them for 6 years.

His civilian career started at the Royal Scots Hotel, now The Marriot, and has since been Head Chef at many city establishments including The Capitol Hotel, The Cramond Brig and Murrayfield Stadium.

He has 2 daughters and 1 son, all at school, and lives in Corstorphine.

Bremner is a great asset to the Club and we are very happy to have him at the head of our busy kitchen team.
