The Underground Bar

Located on floor B4 of The Royal Scots Club, The Underground Bar is a tastefully decorated and comfortable rustic bar with a variety of facilities suitable for a range of events.

Host your team away day, a friend’s birthday party, work night out with live music, or a pub quiz with your best mates. Seating includes cushioned booths, high stool tables, and cushioned benches. A full-service bar, fast WiFi, and lift accessibility. Hosting a meeting? We provide everything you need for a successful meeting in a unique environment.

The Scott Room

Located on the first floor with large windows, a beautiful granite fireplace and a grand wooden door, The Scott Room is ideal for smaller celebrations and business dinners. Located adjacent to our beautiful Abercromby Dining Room, this room shares many of the same traditional features.

This room has a Single Table layout for up to 18 attendees and a Multiple Table layout for up to 20 attendees.

Located on floor B3, The Princess Royal Suite is our largest venue space and can be further split into two side-by-side rooms for smaller functions. This room seats 160 guests for a wonderful dining celebration setting or can serve as a lively event space with roll-away dance floor for larger groups utilising our banqueting facilities. An entirely self-contained area with a large lobby for registration, food and beverage service, and an adjacent syndicate area which can be used as a breakout space between work. An accessible restroom adjoins the suite. There is a rollaway dance floor for Ceilidhs, Graduation Balls, and Weddings and a movable stage which can be used for presentations.

This room has flexible setups and can accommodate up to 165 attendees.

A luxurious entirely self-contained venue space located on the lower basement level with an adjacent private bar ideal for registration, tea and coffee service or as a syndicate room. The Hepburn Suite contains a large theatre stage with 3-phase power and provides a focal point in the room perfect for guest speakers and presentations. The suite also has a rollaway dance floor for Ceilidhs, Graduation Balls, and Weddings.

This room has flexible setups for up to 120 attendees depending on layout.

The Cocktail Bar & Lounge

The main hub of life at the Club is The Cocktail Bar & Lounge. Located on the east side of the ground floor, it is the perfect spot to relax. Open six days a week from morning to late evening, welcoming members, non-members and families of all ages. The bar offers a wide range of wines, spirits, draught and bottle beers and a comprehensive bar food menu. Relax and enjoy a light lunch and coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony with family and friends.
