We can accommodate small intimate groups or large celebrations up to 160 and many of our rooms come with packages to help you with your festive planning!

STEP TWO: CONFIRMATION
Your event will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit – which is due within 72 hours of our quote. Deposits for parties of up to 50: £200. Deposits for parties over 50: £500. Deposits are non-refundable.

We will invoice you the estimated total bill 10 days before the event date.
This is to be paid no less than 5 days before the event and any extras can be settled on departure.

Chairman’s Christmas Cocktails
Join our Chairman and other Members on Thursday, 17th December for a festive drinks reception. This is a complimentary event available for Members only.
Certain rooms and dates require minimum numbers. These will be quoted at time of enquiry if they apply. The minimum numbers charged for will be the total numbers given to us 5 days before the event date.
CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your confirmed booking, we reserve the right to retain the deposit, along with the following cancellation charges:
Within 4 weeks – 40% of estimated total value.
Within 1 week – 60% of estimated total value.
72 hours prior – 100% of estimated total value.
DAMAGE
The Hirer shall pay for any loss or damage to any part of the venue premises, or to any fixtures, fittings & equipment which are caused by the Hirer or guest or paid suppliers. We will not be held responsible for damage to any article brought onto the premises.
SOUND LICENSING
As a city centre venue, we have to comply with noise licensing laws. Both our suites are fitted with noise limiters which limit live entertainment to 90 decibels. Please discuss this with any entertainment upon booking.
LIQUOR LICENSING
Scottish Licensing Law allows for a 15-minute drinking up period at the close of business. The consumption of alcohol after this time is an offence. All guests should vacate the premises within 30 minutes of closing time. It is an offence to refuse to leave the premises when asked to do so by a member of staff.
Our licensing operating times are: 11.00 am to midnight
