There are three main options available for parking in the Edinburgh city centre which are:  on street parking on the two streets near the club and a multi-storey car park.

1. On street parking directly outside the Club.

Parking on Abercromby Place is metered Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 6.30pm and Sunday from 12.00noon to 6.30pm at a cost of £6.80 per hour. There is a restricted maximum stay of 4 hours after which you are required to move the car to a new space and re-ticket

2. On street parking one street north of the Club.

Parking on Northumberland Street and Drummond Place is metered Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm at a cost of £6 per hour. Both streets are also restricted to a maximum stay of four hours after which you are required to move the car to a new space and re-ticket. – Free on both Saturdays and Sundays.

3. Q Park at OMNI

Q Parking is the closest multi-storey car park to the Royal Scots club. – https://www.q-park.co.uk/parking/edinburgh/q-park-omni  We have an arrangement with them which provides you a 20% discount. Please pre book your parking on the link above and use the code RSC20 to apply the discount. You can enter and leave the car park as many times as you need to during your pre-booked slot.

It is situated just off Leith Street on Green Side Row EH1 3AN and is approximately 15-20 minutes’ walk from the Club.

If you wish to firstly come to the club, we suggest paying the meter along from the Club for 15 minutes, unloading your belongings and reception can give you directions from the Club. Parking charges can be viewed on the website provided above. Please see below a map with directions.

Paying for pay & display parking (on street parking) using your mobile phone or tablet:

RingGo – Cashless parking payments- If you don’t have any loose change you can pay for parking using your phone by contacting our RingGo Service, also send you a reminder via text message 10 minutes before your parking limit is due to expire.

The Code for The Meter Location on Abercromby Place is 12047

If you have a Smartphone or tablet you can now pay to park with the new RingGo app. You can download the RingGo app for free from your app store.  Please note that you will need internet access in order to purchase a session. The app makes it easy to find your nearest parking place and pay and extend your stay.

• your payment card details
